Publume adds versioned presentation config, AdSense placements, and language-aware typography

A new optional SiteConfig.presentation section connects AdSense configuration to verified output while adding language-aware typography and SEO metadata for composed sites. Publishers get a checkable path from config to rendered ads.txt and page metadata.

Publume/core CI enforces THEME_REF ref for managed themes workflow

Publume/core's CI now expects the managed themes workflow to resolve its ref from `THEME_REF` with base/current branch fallbacks. The commit is meant to make managed theme release-channel selection follow the configured variable.
